Linnea N. Willis Smith is the Owner and President of Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC. She was born and raised in Sacramento, California and graduated from St. Francis High School. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University in 1999. Linnea N. Willis Smith has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Santa Clara University (where she attended on a full merit scholarship), graduating with honors and obtaining various awards while in law school and college.  She has been a licensed attorney in California since 2002.

 In Linnea's 19 years of practicing law, she has been an accomplished attorney. She also has served as a full time Professor and Program Director of the Paralegal Studies Department at Merritt College in Oakland, California since 2004. She served as the President of the California Association of Black Lawyers (CABL) from 2015-2016, and has served on the Board of Directors for CABL since 2002 and currently is Co-Chair of the Judicial Evaluations Committee. Linnea has been very active in the legal community, the business community and the Church community, and has served on several Boards and organizations. In addition, she has served as Young Adult Ministry leader, sang in the church choir and praise team. She has volunteered for various community events and been a speaker for various events.
